Regardless of will, have you ever experienced a dissonance between an inner knowing, and yet feel so stuck? Afraid? Drained? Numb? Lost? Confused? Frustrated and desperate for the key? I could go on. I’ve been there. But what if, what we desire to experience so badly for ourselves, something so close yet so far, isn’t something to just strive for, but innate qualities waiting to be realised from within?

Hi, I’m Nathalie, and I’ve always been in awe of practices that involve the body, they remind me that we were truly born gifted, with everything we could ever need. I’m certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and in Soma+IQ and XPT Breathwork. But more than titles, I’m a devoted explorer through connecting with the beautiful instrument of my own body—and how it connects us all to the orchestra of life. Do you ever feel that who you are is so much greater than you sometimes? Well I want those glimpses to be my life. Grounded, in truth.

By cultivating presence within our being, we open to our essence. We then penetrate a source, and begin to live from the inside out, becoming self-directed. It’s like learning to dance again. Our systems were designed to thrive amid change, just like nature, finding the way through adaptation, connection and flow, trusting the unknown and life itself. By learning to go inward and listen, let this inner knowing guide you as you forge your own path, in the only way you were born to do, blossoming into your natural expression, for that is the medicine for the world. The path and the becoming are one and the same.

In my 20s, I faced what doctors called “irreversible” illnesses, physical paralysis, blind spells, chronic nervous system dysregulation, and complex trauma. Conventional paths fell short, so bedridden I went inward and connected to something unwavering. I started a journey of radical self-study, modalities, and non-ordinary state experiences across the globe, and as I learnt to listen, it awakened the boundless resilience, the beautiful vulnerability, creativity, and regenerative power that’s been there all along.

My work explores questions like:

🔥 How can we reclaim the integrity of our bodies to ignite our vitality?

A New Definition of Progress

It’s time to integrate with our inner and outer nature.

In an ever-evolving world, it’s easy to override, numb, hustle, and detach from our bodies in order to keep up. But sustainable change, transformation and vitality happens when we re-root—when we reestablish integrity at the system level. From that foundation, there is no upper limit to how much health and aliveness we can access when we meet and accept all of ourselves and penetrate the present.

The more grounded and attuned to what is, the higher we rise. The more we listen to our own rhythms, the more we harmonize with life itself. This is the microcosm-macrocosm connection I live to explore—and help others discover for themselves.
